Cancellation and Refund Policy

The terms hereof shall constitute Dashmesh Enterprises ("Company") cancellation and refund policy in relation to the Solutions rendered on the Website ("Cancellation and Refund Policy"). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances:

  1. Multiple times debiting of Customer's Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Customer's account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to the Customer.
  2. Due to technical error, payment being charged on the Customer's Card/Bank Account but the enrolment for the examination is unsuccessful. Customer would be provided with the enrolment by NISM at no extra cost. However, if in such cases, Customer wishes to seek refund of the amount, he/she would be refunded net the amount, after deduction of Payment Gateway charges or any other charges.
Cancellation and Refunds by the Company

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, without any claims or liability to pay finance charges or interest on the amount. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include but are not limited to inaccuracies or errors in Solutions or pricing information, technical or technological problems or problems identified in relation to credit / debit fraud. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled by the Company after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to that credit / debit card account.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  •    Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  •    Returned items must be returned in original packaging
  •    Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted.

Company may elect to resolve any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or Service provided in connection with this Agreement by binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Any such dispute, controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party.
